These Terms govern the use of services provided by Clevo Agency, operated by KA RETAIL OÜ (reg. 147091470 - Estonia). By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Service Overview

Clevo Agency provides website creation, hosting, maintenance, and ongoing website modification services under a monthly subscription model.

Pricing & Subscription

Website setup fee: paid upfront (project-based fee)

  • Monthly subscription: $55/month

Subscription includes:

  • Hosting and maintenance of your website

  • Unlimited website change requests

  • Updates to text, images, colors, layout, and structure

  • Adding new sections or pages

  • Basic SEO improvements

There are no limits on the number of requests.

Website Ownership & Control

All websites are hosted and managed under Clevo Agency infrastructure.

  • The website remains under our technical control

  • Clients do not receive direct admin access by default

  • Access may be granted upon special request

This structure is used to ensure:

  • faster updates

  • easier maintenance

  • consistent performance and reliability

We guarantee that your website will remain in the state agreed upon in the service contract and actively maintained while your subscription is active.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

After cancellation:

  • Your website will remain active for 7 days

  • After that period, the website may be taken offline unless otherwise agreedSubscription and Payments

Our subscription plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay the applicable fees as described in the pricing section of our website. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

Guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific business results, including but not limited to:

  • Sales

  • Leads

  • Revenue

  • Conversion rates

Website performance depends on external factors such as traffic, marketing, and business model, which are the responsibility of the client.

Payments

  • Initial project fee is paid upfront

  • Monthly subscription starts after the website is completed and launched

Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension of services and/or website access.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once work has started or the website has been delivered.

However, we are committed to making changes and improvements until the client is satisfied, as long as the subscription remains active.

Modifications & Service Scope

We reserve the right to improve or modify our service structure, provided that core obligations to existing clients are not negatively affected.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and operated under KA RETAIL OÜ (reg. 147091470).
